Unable to purchase more Google Voice Starter licenses

Problem

If you already have 10 Google Voice Starter licenses and need to purchase another one, the option will no longer be visible in the Admin console.

Environment

Solution

  1. Open the Admin console.
  2. Go to Billing > Subscriptions.
  3. Click Add or upgrade a subscription.
  4. Select Google Voice.
  5. Under Google Voice Standard or Google Voice Premier, click Switch depending on the version that you want to change to.
  6. Follow the on-screen steps to place the order.

Cause

Google Voice Starter supports up to 10 licenses therefore the enterprise must switch licenses in order to acquire more.
