Problem
The option to delete the application, the trash icon, is grayed out in the option from Admin Console located in Devices > Chrome > Apps & Extensions > Users & Browsers.
Environment
- Admin console
Solution
- Select the parent Organizational Unit (OU).
- Change the installation policy to block in the child OU.
Cause
When the trash icon is unavailable means that the Organizational Unit selected is a child OU.
