Unable to remove the domain account from device

Problem

You are unable to remove the work profile and the domain account from your personal Android device.

Environment

Solution

  1. Go to Device settings and search for Work profile.
  2. Tap on it and look for the Uninstall option.

Cause

You will not be able to remove the domain account from the device until the work profile is uninstalled.
