Unable to reset password through Admin mobile app on iOS

Problem

Unable to reset users' passwords through the Admin mobile App on iPhone.

Environment

  • iOS only

Solution

Uninstall and reinstall App and remove the Device Policy Payload Profile by following the steps below:
 
  1. On your iOS device, tap Settings General Device Management
  2. Tap Google Apps Device Policy Payload Profile.
  3. Tap Remove Management.
  4. To confirm, tap Remove.
The profile will reinstall automatically after adding the Google account to the device.
