Currently, there is no specific auto-reply option within the Admin console.

Workaround
- Sign in to the Admin console.
- Go to Menu > Apps > Google Workspace > Gmail > Default routing.
- Click on Configure.
- Under step 1 enter the email address.
- Under step 2 change Modify message to Reject message.
- Enter a customized rejection message that will act as auto-reply.
- Under step 3 make sure you select Perform this action on non-recognized and recognized addresses.
