Unable to sync Calendars to mobile devices with Microsoft Exchange

Problem

You are unable to sync Calendar with Microsoft Exchange. 

Environment

  • iOS devices

Solution

  1. Turn on Google Sync:
  2. Sign in to the Admin console.
  3. Navigate to Devices > Mobile & endpoints > Settings > Universal settings.
  4. Click Data Access > Google Sync.
  5. Click the checkbox for Allow work data to sync via ActiveSync to enable Google sync.
  6. Click Save.
