Unable to sync Chrome policies as policy sync is disabled

Problem
You are receiving policies but Chrome states sync is disabled by the Chrome policies.
Environment
Solution
You must set policies
Chrome Sync (ChromeOS) to allow sync.
Steps
- Go to the Admin console.
- Select Device > Chrome > Settings > User and browser settings.
- Look for the Chrome sync policy and make sure all the fields are selected to allow sync on them (or just the ones you need).
- Save the changes.
