Problem

Unable to sync my workspace with the Google apps device policy app.

Environment

  • Android OS

Solution

  1. Open the Google Apps Device Policy App.
  2. Click on the Unregister option.
  3. Uninstall the app from your device.
  4. Add your account from your devices settings app.
  5. Follow the on screen steps.
  6. The new Android device policy app should be triggered and a Work profile will be installed on your device.
If your device is a company owned device, the customer must factory reset the device to complete the migration and follow the initial setup screen and the app will be automatically setup.
