Unable to verify identity on sign in

Problem
As an administrator you want to help an authorized user who can’t verify their identity due to their phone signal.
Environment
Solution
- Log in to the Admin console.
- Navigate to Menu > Directory > Users.
- Click the row for the user account to display the user information page.
- Click Security.
- Click Login challenge.
- Click Turn Off For 10 Minutes.
- Advise to reset the password of the affected user.
