Unable to create a Google Cloud Platform Project

Problem
You get an error when you attempt to create a project in Google Cloud Platform even when the service setting for Google Cloud Platform is ON.
Google Cloud Platform service has been disabled. Please contact your administrator to turn the service on in the Google Workspace Admin console.

Solution
Follow the steps below on checking and enabling the setting Allow users to create projects for Google Cloud Platform:
- Sign in to the Admin console.
- Navigate to Apps > Additional Google services > Google Cloud Platform.
- Select Cloud Resource Manager API settings.
- Check the Allow users to create projects box.
- Click Save.
Cause
The setting to allow users to create Google Cloud Platform projects is off.
