There are several types of actions that count against your usage limits. Examples include:

• You ask AI to do work for you. This happens when you do things like:
  • Use Google Flow or Vids to generate videos.
  • Use Nano Banana to generate images in Slides or Docs.
  • Use the AI function in Google Sheets.
  • Generate audio overviews in Gemini, Gemini Notebook, and Drive.
• You use Workspace Studio to create and run flows.
