If you can't sign in, your account doesn't have Cloud Search. Learn more
- In the top right of the homepage, click Feedback

- In the pop-up window, write a detailed description of the problem or suggestion, and click Next.
- Click and drag your cursor to highlight the relevant area of the page, and click Next.
- Click Submit.

- Open the Cloud Search app

- In the top corner of the homepage, tap Help

- (Optional) To select a different account, use the From drop-down list.
- Write a detailed description of the problem or suggestion.
