How can you allow users to reset their Google Account password without an administrator intervention?

Solution
To allow non-administrator users to do a self recovery (reset password), you need to follow these steps:
Allow user account recovery (administrator settings):
- Log in to the Admin Console.
- On the left side, click Security.
- Click Authentication > Account Recovery.
- In the middle, select the User account recovery box.
- Check the box beside the Allow users and non-super admins to recover their account.
- Click Save.
- Log in to the Google Account page.
- Enter your email address.
- Click Forgot Password.
- Follow the steps for the self recovery and then reset the password.
