Compare your edition
When you export data from Google Vault, you can choose to store the export file
in a specific geographic location. You can implement a data region policy for
your organization or any users with supported edition licenses.
Choose a location for your export
When you begin an export, Vault preselects the data region based on the region
assigned to the owner of the matter. You can select one of the following
options:
No preference
United States
Europe
Your choice can increase the amount of time it takes for Vault to process your
export. We recommend you check with relevant personnel to see if your
organization has specific data region requirements before continuing.
