Your organization's administrator has requested permission to connect to your Gmail account so that they can migrate your email messages to a new Google Workspace account.
If you authorize the process, the administrator can only copy your messages. They can't read, delete, or alter the messages.
Authorize the connection to your Gmail account
- You should receive an email message requesting that you authorize the administrator's request to connect to your account. Click View authorization request. A new page opens up with the connection request.
- Click Authorize to approve the request. Click Deny if you don't want the administrator to connect to your account.
- Click View your email messages and settings, then Continue to grant the new data migration service access to your account.
The admin now has permission to copy your Gmail messages. If you change your mind, click Deny.
Troubleshoot issues
