You might encounter the following error codes and messages when using the advanced data method to copy data from Microsoft OneDrive or SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365) to Google Workspace. Error codes are included in user and import reports.
OneDrive & SharePoint Online errors

| S001 | SourceAuthDenied | The authentication failed in Microsoft or permission was denied. Make sure your OneDrive or SharePoint Online account is connected. Then, check the Source OneDrive URL or Source SharePoint URL. |
| S010 | ResourceNotFound | The file can't be found in your OneDrive or SharePoint Online account. Make sure that the file or folder exists in OneDrive or SharePoint Online. Then, run a delta import for OneDrive or SharePoint Online. |
| S013 | SourceAPIError | There was an internal error when the data import tool tried to read the file in OneDrive or SharePoint Online. Make sure that the file or folder exists in OneDrive or SharePoint Online. Then, run a delta import for OneDrive or SharePoint Online. |
Workspace errors

| T104 | DrivePermissionRestricted | The permissions you're trying to import are restricted in the Workspace shared drive. |
| T105 | TargetResourceNotFound | The Workspace shared drive was turned off or deleted. |
| T007 | UserNotFound | The creator, owner, or last modifier of the user or file you're trying to import has an invalid domain name, email ID, or email address. |
| T008 | LimitReached | The folder or document library that you're trying to import has too many items to scan. Update the file of users or sites to import so that it includes only the items that weren't imported, and then run a new migration. Or, keep the original file of users or sites to import and run a delta import for OneDrive or SharePoint Online. |
| T009 | TargetDataWriteFailure | There was an internal error. Run a delta import for OneDrive or SharePoint Online. |
| T012 | QuotaExceeded | The data import exceeded the storage quota or failed the quota verification. This is a temporary error. Wait a few hours and then select users to import for OneDrive or sites to import for SharePoint Online. |

| C002 | TargetUserExternal | One of your destination emails isn't a Workspace email address. Check the **Map any additional accounts discovered during data import** box. Or, remove the list of users or sites to import, correct the mapping, and upload the corrected list. Then, after either option, run a delta import for OneDrive or SharePoint Online. |

| P012 | UnresolvedFilePermissionWarning | The data import tool couldn't resolve permissions for the item that you're importing. The item is imported with restricted access. |
