In the Google Admin console, you can review a report with detailed information on the items in your Dropbox import.
Access the report
You must be signed in as a super administrator for this task.-
Sign in with a super administrator account to the Google Admin console.
If you aren't using a super administrator account, you can't complete these steps.

In the Google Admin console, go to Menu
Data
Data import & export
Data import.
You must be signed in as a super administrator for this task.
- For Dropbox, click Import.
- Click View data import logs.
- If the Tasks list doesn't open automatically with the downloaded report,
click Tasks
.
- For Your Tasks, click the link to open the report in Google Sheets.
Review the import report
Use the import report to identify items that didn't import and the reasons they weren't copied.

| Status | The item's import status (for example, warning, error). |

| Processing start time | The time when the item started to import. |
| Processing end time | The time when the item's import was completed. |

| Target URI | The Google Workspace file or folder's URI. |
Troubleshoot common error messages
If you get an error that's not mentioned in this table, try running a delta import.

A Dropbox user isn't mapped to a Workspace user in the identity map.

| The item shared with "Anyone with the link" on the source could not be shared with the same setting on the target file on Google Drive | Workspace couldn't share an item with the "Anyone with the link" setting. For details, go to Manage external sharing for your organization. |
| Target email not found | An email address provided in the identity map doesn't exist in Workspace. Create the user in Workspace and run a delta import. |
