Use the new data migration service to migrate files from a Dropbox business account to your organization's Workspace account. The service doesn't delete or modify existing files or folders. Instead, the service copies them to the user's Workspace account. Not all Dropbox features are supported.

What's not migrated?
- Dropbox paper files
- Google Drive files that are already backed up in Dropbox
- Link permissions with link audience set to Only people invited
- Files and folders with Blocked Download policies in Dropbox
- Files and folders that are created (owned) by external users or an application
- Versions and metadata of files or folders that were last modified by external users
- Previous versions of files—only the latest version of a file migrates
- Permissions for internal users and groups that aren't in the comma-separated values (CSV) file that you create for the migration
You can't use the data migration service to map a single Dropbox user or group to multiple Workspace users or groups. You need to provide one-to-one or many-to-one mapping.
