Sometimes, Google Groups marks legitimate messages as spam and sends them to the moderation queue. To reduce the possibility of this, you can relax a group's spam controls to allow delivery of suspected spam.
Notes:
To prevent harmful spam from reaching a group, messages identified as high-confidence spam are always rejected even when you relax spam controls for a group.
