Probleem
Als ik een bericht verstuur naar mijn e-mailalias of naar een groep waar ik lid van ben, komt het bericht niet in mijn inbox terecht.
Voorbeeld: Johns primaire e-mailadres is john@solarmora.com. Hij heeft ook het e-mailalias salesman@solarmora.com. Als John salesman@solarmora.com als ontvanger van een bericht opneemt, komt het bericht niet in zijn inbox terecht. Als John echter een bericht naar zijn primaire account, john@solarmora.com, stuurt, komt het bericht wél in zijn inbox terecht.
Oplossing
Om te voorkomen dat uw inbox vol raakt, worden berichten die u naar uw eigen alias (of naar een groep waar u lid van bent) stuurt, niet in uw inbox bezorgd. U kunt het bericht vinden in Verzonden e-mail of Alle e-mail. Om deze berichten wel in uw inbox te ontvangen, kunt u de alias of groep instellen als alternatief 'Verzenden als'-adres voor uw account.
