If you signed up for Workspace from the web and manage billing in the Admin console, go here instead to learn about your free trial.
If you sign up for Google Workspace on Android or iOS and don't have billing options in the Google Admin console, you instead manage billing in Google Play (Android) or the Settings app (iOS). You start with a 14-day free trial subscription, during which you can explore Workspace features, including video conferencing and online storage.
To start your trial
Before you can use Workspace, you need to complete payment setup in Google Play or the Settings app. You can choose an existing payment method or enter a new one. Your payment method won't be charged until your free trial ends.
During your trial
To check your trial end date and other billing-related information about your subscription:
- Android—Go to your Google Play
account
Subscriptions. - iOS—Go to View your purchase history for the App Store and other Apple media services.
Start your paid subscription
Your paid subscription automatically begins when your trial ends. You don't need to do anything.
To verify or modify your payment information:
- Android—Go to How to add, remove, or edit your Google Play payment methods.
- iOS—Go to If you need to change or update your Apple Account payment method.
Cancel your trial
To cancel your subscription during your trial:
- Android—Go to Cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play.
- iOS—Go to If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple.
