Understand Gemini feature changes
Stay organized with collections

If you have an active Google One AI subscription and you buy a Google Workspace subscription using your Gmail account, your Gemini experience will change.
What features will change?
- Gemini policies and usage limits—Once you set up your Google Workspace account, Google Workspace policies and usage limits apply to your Google Workspace with Gemini activity. This might hide some of your Google One benefits or apply lower limits to your Gemini usage.
- Personalized features—Because Google Workspace editions use enterprise data protection rules to keep your business information safe, Personal Intelligence is turned off by default. If you use features that rely on Personal Intelligence, those features might stop working.
Restore your previous features
To return to your previous Gemini settings, cancel your Google Workspace subscription. For the steps, go to Cancel Google Workspace (for Gmail accounts).
