Assured Controls

Chat interoperability

If some people in your organization use Chat, and others use a third-party messaging service, such as Microsoft Teams, you can enable both groups to interact with each other by assigning Chat interoperability licenses to the non-Chat users. Users who receive Chat interoperability licenses gain access to some Chat features. Learn more about Chat.

To order Chat interoperability licenses at no cost, contact a Google Workspace sales representative or Google Cloud partner.

You can assign licenses using any of the manual assignment methods—on the Users page, on an individual user's page, or using a CSV file—described in Assign and remove licenses.

Chrome Enterprise Premium

Colab

With Colab, your organization's users can collaboratively develop data science and machine learning models. They can access Colab notebooks, connect to Colab runtimes, and use Colab to write and execute Python code in their browser.

Your Google Workspace subscription includes the free Colab additional Google service. Buying Colab Pro or Colab Pro+ offers users additional compute units and enhanced functionality. Voice subscriptions

Google Voice is available with any Google Workspace edition as a paid add-on or as a standalone subscription for individuals with a Gmail address. Learn more about subscription options.

As a Workspace user, you can choose from 3 add-on subscription plans.

* To add more than 50 users in Google Voice Standard and Voice Premier plans, you need to increase the number of licenses, which requires an upfront payment. You can then assign Voice licenses to users.

* If you send many text messages in a short period or recipients mark your messages as spam, Voice may temporarily restrict you from sending more messages.
