Turn off DKIM
Stay organized with collections
Save and categorize content based on your preferences.
Protect against spoofing & phishing, and help prevent messages from being marked as spam
If you set up DKIM and messages are still marked as spam, the cause could be
something other than DKIM. Read more in Troubleshoot DKIM
issues.
If you turn off DKIM:
Google recommends leaving the DKIM TXT record in place at your domain
provider. This won't impact your email delivery, and makes it easier for you
to turn DKIM back on.
If you remove your DKIM TXT record immediately after adding it to your
domain, messages signed with DKIM won't pass authentication checks. These
messages are more likely to be marked as spam. Google recommends you wait at
least 4 days before removing a new DKIM TXT record from your domain.
For help with your domain sign-in information, settings, or TXT records, contact your domain provider. Google doesn't provide technical support for third-party domain providers.
Turn off DKIM for your domain:
In the Google Admin console, go to Menu AppsGoogle WorkspaceGmail.
On the Authenticate email page, click the Stop authentication
button.
