Choose a language for new users

You can choose the default language new users see when they first sign in to their managed Google Account.

Assigning the default language for new users doesn't change the language for existing users. If your existing users want to change their language, send them to the article Change your language on the web.

  1. In the Google Admin console, go to Menu and then Account and then Account settings and then Profile.

    Requires having the Domain settings administrator privilege.

  2. Click Language.
  3. Select a language from the list and then click Save.
