Managing Inbound SCIM connections

Edit a connection's settings

1. In the Google Admin console, go to Menu Directory External directories.
   Go to External directories

   Requires having the Inbound SCIM Directory Sync Settings Management privilege.

2. Choose the Inbound SCIM tab to view your connections.
3. Select the connection name to open the SCIM settings page.
4. You can view and copy the SCIM endpoint URL for the connection.
5. Select SCIM settings to view available settings. You can lock or unlock your synced groups, then select SAVE.
6. Select Authentication method to view when keys were generated, delete, or generate new API keys.
7. You can also Rename or Delete a connection from its settings page.

Rename a connection

1. In the Google Admin console, go to Menu Directory External directories.
   Go to External directories

   Requires having the Inbound SCIM Directory Sync Settings Management privilege.

2. Choose the Inbound SCIM tab to view your connections.
3. Select the connection name to open the SCIM settings page.
4. Select RENAME CONNECTION.
5. Enter the updated name and select Save.

Delete a connection

1. In the Google Admin console, go to Menu Directory External directories.
   Go to External directories

   Requires having the Inbound SCIM Directory Sync Settings Management privilege.

2. Choose the Inbound SCIM tab to view your connections.
3. Select the connection name you want to delete in the list.
4. Select DELETE CONNECTION.
5. Select Delete.
