Deleting inactive accounts

Google will not delete inactive email accounts on your domain. Instead, as an
administrator, you can create and
delete email accounts on your
domain when necessary.
In addition, administrators have the ability to suspend any user at any time.
Suspended users may not log in until you have re-enabled account
access. Learn more about account
statuses.
If you sign up for Google Workspace, and you don't verify your domain within
a few days before the end of your trial period, your account will be
automatically deleted.
