如何申請 Education Plus 授權
- 登入 Google 管理控制台。
- 依序點選「選單」 >「帳單」 >「取得更多服務」。
- 按一下左側的「Google Workspace for Education」。
- 在「Education Plus」部分，按一下「開始使用」。
- 注意：如果貴機構目前已指派超過 1,000 個 Fundamentals 授權給使用者，則無法繼續操作。
- 按照畫面上的指示提交訂單要求。
提出要求後，您就能立即指派 Education Plus 授權。
什麼是 Education Plus？
Education Plus 是一套全方位的工具和功能，可提升教學與學習成效。這個版本以 Google Workspace for Education 核心套件為基礎，提供進階安全功能、強化支援服務，以及深入分析資料的工具。
誰可以使用這項功能？
如果符合下列條件，Google Workspace for Education 客戶可以直接在管理控制台中申請 Education Plus 授權：
- 需要少於 1,000 個授權
- 目前沒有透過經銷商使用 Workspace 服務
如果您需要超過 1,000 份授權，或想與經銷商合作，仍可透過現有的經銷商協議購買 Education Plus，或洽詢業務專員。
如果購買的 Education Plus 授權數少於 Fundamentals 授權數，會怎麼樣？
如果您購買 Education Plus 授權，系統會自動減少 Fundamentals 授權數量，與您購買的 Education Plus 授權數量相符。
