Google Workspace 和 Cloud Identity 管理員可以使用密碼同步功能。

您可以使用 Password Sync，讓使用者的 Google Workspace 和 Cloud Identity 密碼自動與 Microsoft Active Directory 密碼保持同步。只要使用者的 Active Directory 密碼有所變更，密碼同步就會立即將變更推送到使用者的受管理 Google 帳戶。

Password Sync 絕不會變更 Active Directory 密碼，只會將 Active Directory 密碼的異動結果同步到貴機構的 Google 帳戶。

設定步驟

1. 準備使用 Password Sync
2. 選擇驗證方法
3. 建立服務帳戶
4. 下載及安裝
5. 設定 Password Sync
6. 設定使用者驗證
7. 要求使用者自行變更 Active Directory 密碼
