Print payment receipts

Applies to editions of Google Workspace and other paid subscriptions in your Google Admin console.

If you sign up for Workspace on Android or iOS and don’t have billing options in the Admin console, you instead manage billing and subscriptions through Google Play (Android) or the Settings app (iOS).

View or print a payment transaction

1. In the Google Admin console, go to Menu Billing Payment accounts.

   Go to Payment accounts

   Requires having the Billing management privilege.

2. Next to your subscription, click View invoices.
3. Select a date range from the drop-down menu at the top of the list.
4. Locate the transaction and click its payment link in the Description column. A window opens showing a printable receipt. Print the receipt with your browser's Print command.
