Help customers transition from VFE to Archived User

Starting on February 15, 2022, Google will begin transitioning Vault Former Employee (VFE) subscriptions to the corresponding Archived User or Google Vault subscription, based on the customer's Google Workspace or G Suite edition. We'll then delete existing VFE subscription, ensuring no disruption to data.
After the transition, customers will be placed on the Flexible payment plan and can enjoy the Archived User or Vault service at no cost until January 1, 2023. If alternative or special contracting is required after the no-cost period, it will need to be in place prior to January 1, 2023.
