AI Expanded Access availability
AI Expanded Access is available as an add-on to Google Workspace customers with the following editions:
- Business Standard
- Business Plus
- Enterprise Standard
- Enterprise Plus
AI Expanded Access is available in all countries where Google Workspace is available. Don't assign AI Expanded Access licenses to users under age 18. Learn more about language support in Google Workspace with Gemini.

Important note for new Workspace customers
If your account has never paid for Google services, you might be required to make an early payment before you can purchase AI Expanded Access.

Google AI Pro for Education availability
New and existing customers can order Google AI Pro for Education. You must be subscribed to one of the following Google Workspace editions:
- Education Fundamentals
- Education Standard
- Education Plus
Start using Google AI Pro for Education
To start using Google AI Pro for Education, talk to a sales specialist. After you add Google AI Pro for Education to your Google Workspace account, you must assign Google AI Pro for Education licenses to users.
Don't have Google Workspace?
If you're an educational institution and don't have Google Workspace, first submit a request for an Education edition. Then talk to a sales specialist about getting a Google AI Pro for Education add-on.
