Cancel your Gemini Enterprise - Business edition subscription

Applies only if you sign up for Gemini Enterprise - Business edition through Google sales or a Google Cloud partner. If you sign up through the Google Enterprise Business edition signup page, go instead to Cancel your subscription plan.

To stop using Gemini Enterprise - Business edition in your organization, cancel your subscription. If you’re billed on a monthly Flexible Plan, canceling your subscription immediately stops further billing for Gemini Enterprise - Business edition services.

If you are on an Annual/Fixed-Term Plan, you can cancel your subscription at any time. However, you'll be charged for the remaining balance of your contract. You will have access to the account and data until the end of the contract.

What happens when I cancel?

When you cancel a Gemini Enterprise - Business edition subscription, you and any invited users lose access when your billing period ends. All your data is deleted, and you can’t recover a cancelled plan.

You can cancel Gemini Enterprise - Business edition and keep your other subscriptions active, such as Google Workspace. If you have an active Workspace subscription, after you cancel Gemini Enterprise - Business edition, you can still access your billing accounts.

Cancel a subscription

  1. You must be signed in as a super administrator for this task.
  2. In the Admin console, go to Menu and then Billing and then Subscriptions.
  3. Click Gemini Enterprise - Business edition and then Cancel Subscription.
  4. Review details about charges after you cancel.
  5. Choose a reason for leaving and then click Continue.
  6. Review the cancellation details. If you still want to cancel, check the I have read the information above and want to proceed with canceling my subscription box.
  7. Enter your administrator email address and click Cancel My Subscription.
