After you sign up for Gemini Enterprise - Business edition and assign licenses, you manage your subscription from the Google Admin console.

Review differences with direct signups
If you or your users sign up for Gemini Enterprise - Business edition at the Google Enterprise Business edition signup page, some features work differently than if you sign up through a Google Cloud partner or Google Sales. If you sign up through Gemini Enterprise - Business edition:
- Billing, including getting more seats, reducing seats, account deletion, and subscription cancellation is managed through business.gemini.google/
If you sign up through Google Sales or a Google Cloud partner:
- Billing, including getting more seats, reducing seats, account deletion, and subscription cancellation is managed through admin.google.com
Learn how Workspace features are affected
Your Gemini Enterprise - Business edition subscription impacts the following Workspace features:
- Context-Aware Access—If Gemini Enterprise - Business edition isn't registered as a first-party service in the Admin console, Context-Aware Access policies may block users from the Gemini Enterprise - Business edition console.
- Vault and retention—Admins can’t audit or set retention policies for these chats.
- Chat deletion controls—Admins can’t prevent end users from deleting chats.
- Data residency—Gemini Enterprise - Business edition doesn’t support data regions and Data protection.
- Reporting—Gemini Enterprise - Business edition usage is not included in reports or logs available in Admin Console.
Compare admin roles
After you sign up for Gemini Enterprise - Business edition, every Workspace admin or super admin becomes a Gemini Enterprise - Business edition admin.

Manage individual user subscriptions
Users can sign up for Gemini Enterprise - Business edition at the Google Enterprise Business edition signup page.
If a user from your company signs up before you buy a subscription, they can invite you to join their team. Alternatively, you can sign up yourself through the Google Enterprise Business edition signup page or through a Google Cloud partner or Google sales.
If users sign up after you bought a subscription through a Google Cloud partner or Google sales, they will have their own Gemini Enterprise Business edition account.
