As an administrator, you can control how people in your organization share in Gemini Notebook. You can decide if users can share notebooks with people outside your organization, with only a specific list of outside organizations, or with everyone. When the option of sharing with everyone is enabled, you can also enable users to make publicly viewable notebooks.

How sharing settings work
If someone using a personal Google Account gives feedback on a notebook owned by a Workspace organization, their content will be collected to help us evaluate the issue. To learn more about what happens when feedback is shared, go to Privacy and Terms of Use.
