Add & set up Gemini Enterprise - Business edition

Applies only if you sign up for Gemini Enterprise - Business edition through Google sales or a Google Cloud partner. If you sign up through the Google Enterprise Business edition signup page, go instead to Get started with Gemini Enterprise – Business edition.

Gemini Enterprise empowers teams to discover, create, share, and run AI agents all in one secure platform. AI tools give these teams an edge, a level playing field, to get higher quality work done faster. The Business edition of Gemini Enterprise is ideal for small businesses, start-ups, or teams within organizations.

Step 1: Add a Gemini Enterprise - Business edition subscription

To sign up for Gemini Enterprise - Business edition, contact a Google sales representative or Google Cloud partner.

Step 2: Turn the Gemini Enterprise service on for users

If you already have the Gemini Enterprise service turned on, your users automatically receive the additional features and enhanced functionality when you assign them a Gemini Enterprise - Business edition license.

To turn on the service or change who receives the service, go to Turn Gemini Enterprise on or off for users.

Step 3: Assign Gemini Enterprise - Business edition licenses to users

Before users in your organization can use Gemini Enterprise - Business edition, they need a license for the service. For details, go to Assign Gemini Enterprise - Business edition licenses to users. Make sure you assign at least one license to yourself or another Workspace admin, so you can manage the Gemini Enterprise - Business edition environment.

Step 4: Sign in to Gemini Enterprise - Business edition to enable your users to use the product

After you assign a Gemini Enterprise - Business edition license to yourself or another admin, the admin needs to sign in to https://business.gemini.google . This step is required to initialize your Gemini Enterprise - Business edition environment.

Check your signup method

  1. Sign in to the Gemini Enterprise - Business edition team settings page.
  2. Click Team.

If you get redirected to the Google Admin console Users page, you signed up through Google sales or a partner. If the Gemini Enterprise - Business edition admin Team page appears, you signed up directly.
