As an administrator, you can control whether users that have an AI Ultra Access license can use additional credits beyond the 25,000 credits they get each month. Learn more about AI Ultra Access credits and how they're consumed.
Credit overages are disabled by default. When you enable overages, you choose the maximum number of additional credits each user can consume. After users reach their credits limit, they can no longer perform actions in Flow and Whisk until:
- you increase the credit overage amount
- AI credits refresh on the first day of the next month
Your organization is billed only for the additional credits they use. You'll see a separate line item on your monthly invoice for any additional credits used during the previous billing cycle. For example, if a user uses 26,000 credits in a billing cycle, the monthly invoice will show an overage of 1,000 credits (26,000 credits used – 25,000 monthly credit allocation).
Important:
- You can't enable credits overages if your account is managed by a reseller. We'll make this feature available to resellers at a later date.
- Pricing depends on your local currency. You can use the Admin console to review specific pricing for credits overages in your region before you enable this feature.
- You can't enable credits overages for AI Expanded Access users.
