Let users participate in surveys and user experience studies

You can choose to let Google contact users in your organization to participate in surveys and user experience research studies for improving Google Workspace with Gemini.

Note that users can always unsubscribe from these emails.

1. In the Google Admin console, go to Menu Generative AI Gemini for Workspace.

   Go to Gemini for Workspace

   Requires having the Gemini Settings administrator privilege.

2. Click the Surveys and user experience studies panel.
3. At the left, choose one of the following:
   1. Users to modify the setting for one or more users.
   2. Groups to modify the setting for groups. Learn how groups work.
   3. Organizational units to modify the setting for organizational units. Learn how organizational units work.
4. To change the current status, chose Allow or Don't allow.
5. Click Save.
