As an administrator, you control whether your users can share their Gemini conversations with others, both outside and inside your organization, using publicly accessible links.
Important
- If users create a public link to a conversation, anyone with the link can read the conversation, even if the link is not shared with them directly.
- If you turn this setting off, conversations will no longer be shareable using a public link. However, previously shared conversations links will still be accessible until they are deleted from the Gemini app. For details, go to Share your chats from Gemini Apps.
- Conversation sharing is turned off by default.
