After you successfully import data, you can move any new and updated OneDrive files or folders to your Google Workspace account. Run a delta import to transfer the new content.
About delta imports
If there are changes to previously imported OneDrive files or folders, such as changes to permissions, a delta import identifies and updates the file or folder with the new information. Any unchanged items are skipped.
If a previously imported file or folder is deleted in OneDrive before you run a delta import, the delta import doesn't delete the item in Workspace.
Exact permission imports are not guaranteed and can be delayed. Don't move files or folders during or in between data imports to ensure the permissions transfer correctly. Review permissions in your Workspace account, and check the data import report for missing or failed permissions.
Run a delta import
Important: If you exit a data import and then start a new import for the same data set, the second import might create duplicate files in Workspace. To prevent duplication, avoid creating 2 separate imports for the same data set.
