In the Google Admin console, you can view a report with detailed information on the items in your Microsoft OneDrive data import.
Access the report

In the Google Admin console, go to Menu
Data
Data import & export
Data import.
You must be signed in as a super administrator for this task.
- For Microsoft OneDrive, click Import.
- Click View data import logs.
- If the Tasks list doesn't open automatically with the report,
click Tasks
.
- For Your Tasks, click the link to open the report in Google Sheets.
Review the data import report
Use the data import report to identify items that didn't import and why.

Troubleshoot common error messages

| The item shared with "Anyone with the link" on the source could not be shared with the same setting on the target file on Google Drive. | An item with the Anyone setting couldn't be imported because external file sharing is turned off in Workspace or link permissions are restricted. Update the link permission settings and turn on external sharing. |
| Item is created by a non-user identity. | The OneDrive file or folder was created by a non-user identity. The data import tool doesn't support items that were created by non-user identities in Microsoft. |
