Use the data import tool to import your users' email data to Google Workspace from another Google Workspace account, a Microsoft Exchange Online account, an IMAP account, or a single user's Gmail account.
Additionally, you can import files and related data from your organization's Microsoft OneDrive business editions to your users' Google Workspace My Drive accounts.
You set up the import in the Google Admin console, and the import process takes place in the cloud.
