Cancel a Gemini add-on subscription

You can cancel subscriptions for the following Gemini add-ons:

  • AI Expanded Access
  • AI Ultra Access
  • Gemini Education
  • Gemini Education Premium
  • Google AI Pro for Education

Canceling your subscription terminates all of your Google Workspace with Gemini licenses. You can cancel your Gemini add-on and keep your other subscriptions active, such as Google Workspace.

Note: Starting August 28, 2025, Gemini Education and Gemini Education Premium add-ons are no longer available for sale.

Cancel a subscription

You must be signed in as a super administrator for this task.

  1. In the Google Admin console, go to Menu and then Billing and then Subscriptions.

    Requires having the Billing management privilege.

  2. Click Google Workspace with Gemini or AI Ultra Access.
  3. Click Cancel Subscription.

    Read about charges after you cancel.

  4. Choose a reason for leaving and then click Continue.

  5. Review the cancellation details and if you agree, check the confirmation box.

  6. At the bottom, enter your administrator email address and click Cancel My Subscription.
