সকল Google Workspace, Cloud Identity, এবং G Suite সংস্করণে সমর্থিতAs an administrator, you can decide how much access users can give to files when they're prompted to share a file. Users get prompted to share at the following times:
- Send Gmail or Google Chat messages with links to files that haven't been shared with recipients.
- @mention someone in a comment in a file who doesn't have access.
- Attach files to Google Calendar events and guests don't have access to the files.

- শেয়ারিং সেটিংস > শেয়ারিং অপশন-এ ক্লিক করুন।
- (Optional) To apply the setting only to some users, at the side, select an organizational unit (often used for departments) or configuration group (advanced).

- অ্যাক্সেস চেকারের জন্য, একটি বিকল্প বেছে নিন:

- (More restrictive) Recipients only or your organization –Users can give access only to specific recipients or anyone in your organization who has the link.
- (Most restrictive) Recipients only –Let users give access only to specific recipients. If the file is shared with other people, those people still have access.
- সেভ-এ ক্লিক করুন। অথবা, আপনি কোনো সাংগঠনিক ইউনিটের জন্য ওভাররাইড-এ ক্লিক করতে পারেন।
পরবর্তীতে উত্তরাধিকারসূত্রে প্রাপ্ত মানটি পুনরুদ্ধার করতে, Inherit-এ ক্লিক করুন (অথবা কোনো গ্রুপের জন্য Unset-এ )।
