Release and reclaim a Voice number

Applies to all paid Voice subscriptions

When you have a number that you don't want to use anymore, you can remove it from your Google Voice service. If you accidentally remove a number or want to reclaim a number, you can get it back. You have at least 30 days to reclaim a removed number. You can do this for numbers provided by Google Voice, but not ported numbers transferred from other service providers.
