Carrier Link simplifies Google Voice setup for your users and lets them access Voice features—such as voicemail transcription, ring groups, and auto-attendants—while keeping your existing carrier agreements and phone numbers.

You can use Carrier Link in Voice to simplify the setup process by using a multi-tenant Google SIP Link foundation. You work directly with Google-certified Carrier Link partners, removing the need to manage complicated connection setups with your carrier.

As an administrator, you can turn on Carrier Link for your organization's users by purchasing Voice licenses and phone numbers from a Carrier Link certified partner.
