Certain legacy routing settings for Gmail, Email routing, Sending routing, and Receiving routing are now deprecated and will be removed from the Admin console. Until that time, the settings are still visible in the Admin Console, but are labeled obsolete.
You now configure email delivery using the Routing setting.
