As an administrator, you can control if people in your organization can share flows they create in Google Workspace Studio with each other. When someone shares a flow with a link, the person with the link gets a copy that includes the owner's setup, such as text they entered, email addresses, and links to files in Drive. Sharing doesn't change access permissions to things like calendars, files, and meetings.
When you let people share with others internally, they can share useful flows that increase overall productivity and save time for others creating their own flows.
Users designated as under 18 can't use AI features in Workspace Studio. If a flow with AI-powered steps is shared with them, those steps are removed when they open it.
