As an administrator, you can show users a policy or legal notice before they join a video meeting in Google Meet. For example, you can share your organization's rules about recording, transcribing, or taking notes during meetings. You can also provide a link to your organization's full policy. You can display the same notice for everyone. Or, display different notices for a department or group.
If users from outside of your organization try to join a meeting, they can review the notice as well. They get the same notice as the notice that's set for the meeting host.
