program.
Users can create skills in Google Workspace Studio to give
Gemini in Workspace specialized, reusable
instructions and expertise for specific tasks. Skills are like pre-set prompt
extensions that save users time for recurring, on-demand Gemini-assisted work. The skills they create in
Studio can be used directly in
Studio, by the "Ask Gemini" step in a
flow, and in Gemini in Workspace.
If you turn off skills, users can't use any existing skills or access the skills
page in Studio.
Users designated as under 18 can't use AI features in
Workspace Studio. This includes creating and sharing skills.
